Global Projects Associates, Inc. Developer, Construction Contractor, and a Project Management outfit is aiming to help alleviate the housing woes of the less developed nations and the less economically endowed in the advance world. We own and operate affordable housing in the United States and look forward to venture into the European market. In the immediate future we would be building affordable homes and additions in Ghana- West Africa. We would be using building revolutionary materials to construct buildings that are stronger, lighter, and quicker to erect than traditional building materials. Our Architects and design associates will assist us in making sure that our projects are built according to plans and specifications. GPA, Inc, Project Manager, Construction Manager, and the Architect are required to make site visits to observe the construction, review and approve the Subcontractor's application for payment, and generally keep the owner informed of the project's progress. GPA, Inc. and our subcontractors would be solely responsible for construction method's techniques, schedules and procedures.
