(GPA, Inc) is a corporation domiciled at 13098 Ginger Court, Manassas, VA 20112 together with his corporations, affiliates, partners and subsidiaries, now and yet to be formed, (Collectively, the “Company”) an international project developer dealing in planned housing and commercial development, and other development projects and services as well as infrastructure, operating throughout the United States and the world.

Our only business is the development and construction of Buildings and or Facilities, which enable us to provide superior expertise in Project Management, Engineering, Evaluation, Restoration, and Complete Build-outs. The focus of our business is providing practical solutions for delivering affordable buildings and services to our customers. Company History

GPA, Inc is a Newly Small Minority Business established and located in Manassas Virginia. GPA, Inc. provides unique range of services in Project Management in the areas of Engineering, Consulting, Building Service and Real Estate. It begun its operation as a low income real estate rental property company and just entered into the commercial building/ facility management, operations, and engineering aspect of the business. The business is a natural outgrowth of the wealth of experience the company’s owner, has in working in the Facilities/Building, Project Management industry for a long time.

Qualifications

Our facility or Building services fall into three broad categories covering nearly every building specialty: Facility Management Services; Building System Services; and Engineering Consulting Services. We provide the multiplicity of services required to ensure the day-to-day comfort of building tenants. In all cases, Global Projects Associates, Inc. (GPA, Inc.) also performs the O&M functions while subcontracting to gain expertise for proprietary systems, to meet other small and minority business goals, and to obtain skills outside our areas of specialty.

We have the capability that can provide O&M services at government and public facilities that encompass every kind of equipment and system—old and new, manual and automated.

We also have capability to obtain the necessary intellect that can handle any portfolio that includes HVAC systems of virtually every make and model from high-pressure steam to low-temperature refrigeration and constant-and variable volume air handlers, including computer room air conditioning units.

Scope of Services

GPA, Inc. will assess, analyze, inspect and recommend to the Clients with supporting details of the items listed below that needs rehabilitation. We will review the requirements for installation of all new and existing equipment and help design any needed structural support or reinforcement for your building. We would provide an advice to the client about the necessary life cycle cost of all the equipment we will inspect.
