Global Projects Associates, Inc. (GPA, Inc) is slated to be an undisputed leader in the multi-family commercial housing market, specializing in non-combustible steel construction for low and mid-rise projects in Ghana and Africa as a whole.

We have the skill and experience it takes to claim leadership in system-built construction that is rooted in the very beginnings of modular residential industry. Our founder, Charles Brobbey, Jr. has worked in modular housing and construction industry since the 1980s - and has overseen the execution of major projects and closed several projects successfully. In 2007 Charles assumed the responsibilities of this newly formed company as President/General Manager whereby he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company.

We have begun by learning the modular building industry and would help define it in real terms to the final consumer. Our partnerships and expertise developed in the modular housing or construction industry would shape the construction method that surpasses anything available to our Customers, through stick-building or less-refined system-built approaches. Our method of building will save time, delivers unprecedented quality, and extends the capabilities of system- design-built construction in exciting new directions: 12-story heights, maximum drawing sophistication, exceptional ease of setting, total integration between factory and field, and much more.

We intend to build with our partners facilities that include a 35,000 square foot manufacturing plant and various storage facilities with capacity to produce over a million square feet of housing per year. We will provide building solutions to our customers throughout the West Africa and Sub-Saharan regions of the African Continent and internationally, and we will handle projects from start to finish - a turnkey approach that maximizes economy of scale and efficiency on each project.
